Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to Sparko - the Discord bot, the web dashboard at sparko.bot, and related services. By inviting the bot, creating an account, or using the panel, you agree to these terms.

Sparko offers a hosted Discord bot and dashboard, including:

• Server modules (welcome, tickets, leveling, moderation, music, alerts, and more)
• A web panel to configure modules and preview messages
• Optional Premium features depending on your plan (for example Sparko AI, AI Guard, Bot Personalizer)

To use Sparko you need:

• A valid Discord account
• Permission to add bots / manage the Discord server you configure
• Consent to run Sparko on that server

Sparko includes AI-powered features (for example Sparko AI, AI Guard, AI Tickets, and Chat AI). The following applies:

• AI features may be limited by your plan or daily allowances shown in the product and on Pricing
• AI output is generated by machine-learning models and may be wrong or incomplete - review it before applying changes to your server
• Abusive or automated mass use may be rate-limited or blocked
• Underlying models and providers may change as long as the overall product purpose stays the same

Starter is free with feature and capacity limits. Premium is a paid subscription billed per Discord server (monthly or yearly). Current prices and included features are on the Pricing page.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Paddle; Stripe may be used in some flows). Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Premium includes a 7-day money-back guarantee if Sparko is not right for your needs. After that window, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise. Contact us on Discord to request a refund.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the dashboard billing / customer portal. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. After that, the server returns to Starter limits (or loses paid-only features).

We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice (for example via the dashboard or Discord). If you do not accept a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.

We may adapt features for technical, legal, Discord-platform, or abuse-prevention reasons, as long as the overall service remains useful. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give advance notice where practical.

Sparko can create or change Discord channels, roles, permissions, and messages based on what you configure (or what you ask Sparko AI to do). Discord does not offer a full native undo for every change.

• You are responsible for reviewing settings and AI suggestions before applying them
• Backing up important server structure (where possible) is your responsibility
• We are not liable for unwanted Discord changes that follow instructions you approved, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part

You agree not to use Sparko to:

• Break the law or Discord's Terms of Service
• Spam, scam, harass, or run malware
• Attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a harmful way
• Resell raw access to Sparko without adding real value of your own

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

Sparko is a hosted service. We aim for good uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance or outages at Discord, our host, or AI providers can affect the product.

Free features can be changed or limited. If we shut the service down entirely, we will try to give notice and, for paid plans, a pro-rata refund of unused prepaid time where reasonable.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sparko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or server disruption) arising from use of the service. Our total liability for paid customers is limited to the amounts you paid us for Sparko in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, where that rule applies).

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be announced with reasonable notice (dashboard and/or Discord). If you disagree, you may stop using Sparko and cancel paid subscriptions before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
